Horrible customer service

My account got deleted because of game server wont connect so I reinstalled the game, apparently files were unsaved.... I wrote to customer service, they dont care about the customers. They dont even reply to your request. Diego should be fired. Dont get me wrong its a really good game but horrible service. Just because of that Id give no stars if thats an option
